menguap

kalian pernah kan menguap pada saat kalian mulai mengantuk? hmm tidak hanya mengantuk saja kita menguap ada beberapa faktor yang bisa bikin kita menguap 

• saat lelah
• bosan
• mengantuk
• stress
• emosi dll

dan tau kah kalian, ternyata menguap itu bisa menular. iya sih aku pernah mengalaminya. Saat adikku angop [menguap versi jawa] aku juga ikut angop nah mataku juga berkaca" padahal saat itu aku tidak mengantuk. Aku juga mengalaminya pada saat lelah yaitu setelah mengikuti karnaval tiba" menguap. nah mengapa sih kita menguap ? Ketika menguap, mulut terbuka dan menelan banyak udara . Dengan demikian kita memberikan oksigen ekstra ke otak dan kita akan merasa lebih segar , pusat pernafasan yang berada di dalam otak lah yang berperan membuat kita menguap. Hal ini tidak lain agar otak mendapat oksigen yang cukup dan ..

Jika kamu terus-menerus menguap, cobalah untuk menggerakkan tubuhmu atau berjalan-jalan sebentar agar lebih segar.

Outing with native speaker

Three days ago, my class went to some place in Surabaya, it's AL surabaya, UNAIR, Puspa Agro and Lumpur Lapindo. we went there by bus and accompanied by our beloved teachers mrs.Maria, mrs.Putri and mr.Saiful and our native they're Lindsay from Canada, Margit from Netherlands and Ipin [ vinicius ] from Brazil. our trips start at 06.30 WIB and we're directly divide our task to be a guide for them [the native] start from group 1, they explained all things that had been passed by the bus from smp 1 until Porong, after that group 2 from Porong until AL, after that my group, group 3. we were explain about AL start from it's history until at it's planetarium. After that we went to UNAIR univercity in there we were studied about tissue culture at biology's laboratorium after that we continued our trip to go to Galaxy mall we are going to eating in there. after our stomach full we went to Puspa Agro. group 4 explained start from UNAIR until Puspa Agro, in puspa agro there's nothing special thing only vegetables,fruits and some crackers. in there i bought some avocado and crackers just for my family. after that we're going to Lumpur Lapindo to look it and take some pictures with our native friends :) before we're go home.
